Welcome to the wonderful world of music and beyond!
At Paddington we believe Fine Arts should be an integral part of a child’s development. Here your child will be exposed to Classical Music and Fine Arts daily and we encourage you to keep that going at home. Now is the time to plant the seed!
Here are a few suggestions on how to cultivate a love for classical music:
If your little one has a problem sleeping, try playing soft classical music to lull them to sleep.
Play at home during the day as a background sound.
Tell your child that The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Educational Outreach Department will be bringing a petting zoo of instruments to our school in August!
Make classical music fun and exciting by taking them to concerts. Here is a great way to do so:

Mini Maestros is a FREE and exciting program that makes arts both fun and accessible for children of all ages.
By signing up, your child receives:
A special membership, lanyard and badge.
Free reserved seating at all Performing Arts Events.
Special opportunities to meet the conductor and artists!
Early entrance to Ice Cream Social and Hocus Pocus Pops.
A free Mini Maestros t-shirt after attending (4) performing arts events.
